From Jeri Viera Dahlke, Stated Clerk of the North Central California Presbytery:
The new Administrative Commission is getting organized. They are tasked with working with you to become a vital small congregation, if the way be clear. The Spirit of God has brought together persons with the gifts, knowledge and skills needed for the work you need to do:

In addition to their orientation, which included the election of officers, they have:
reviewed the ethical guidelines of the Presbytery, “Life Together”
adopted a covenant to guide their work together
adopted guidelines for their discernment work with the members of Bethany
identified pairs to be leads on listening and coordinating four focus areas (other matters will be handled first by the full AC and delegated as needed).
Look at all of that experience and knowledge! Next, they will generate an initial to-do list based on the tasks listed in the scope of their work approved by the Presbytery and conducted with various leaders of Bethany. They will keep you informed of actions taken as I have here. They will also report actions taken between each Presbytery meeting to the presbytery.
It is important that the full AC receive your questions, possible Spirit sightings, ideas, and concerns so that they are working with the same information. To reach out, use this email address. Please allow up to a week for a response if one is needed.
May you continue to grow in faith and love for one another and the people you are called to love beyond your walls,
Jeri Viera Dahlke, Stated Clerk
North Central California Presbytery
